Cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing materials (called crystal as follows) is powder material constituted by a set of active compound and silicon sand which are special processed from the cement. When the crystal is used on concrete surface, its active chemical permeates into the concrete through the carrier, then works with dissociative lime and water in the capillary, forms water-fast crystalloid, rams capillary, so as to make concrete dense and waterproof thus.

ËÄ¡¢Construction method
1¡¢brush method
¡¡¡¡
1£©mix the crystal and eau douce with 3:1 ratio by machine, mill equality and get dense forming cement ;

2£©brush the prepared crystal with 1-1.5kg/m2(according to the engineering actual circumstance) average dosage on the prepared waterish concrete surface by tailor-made hair brush twice. The second brush layer can be doing when the first layer is still damp or completely dry.
2¡¢the scatter method:
Before the layer doesn't irrigate the concrete, scatter the crystal with 1-1.5kg/m2(according to the engineering actual circumstance) average dosage evenly on the prepared waterish layer, commonly it should be finished in 30 minutes before the concrete is irrigated.
3¡¢calender method:
When the irrigated concrete congeals, scatter the crystal with 1-1.5kg/m2(according to the engineering actual circumstance) average dosage evenly on the concrete surface, then immediately put up calendered process by float or finishing machine.
